COVID-19 Updates

Wednesday, June 24, 2020: The NC Governor issued Executive Order 147 this afternoon. Face masks are to be worn in public, when social distancing is not possible. We are asking that all guests bring face masks with you when camping with us. You will be asked to wear them when keeping a 6ft. social distance is not possible. Some examples include the Registration Station, camp store, laundromats, The Creamery, events, etc.

Thursday, June 18, 2020: We are still in Phase 2 in the state of NC. Our crew is working hard to keep things safe and clean for all of our guests. We ask that you take advantage of the express check-in feature to help you check-in faster and possibly avoid having to come into the Registration Station. You will get an e-mail 24 hours before your arrival with the information. Be sure to download the CampersApp in the app store and search for "daddyjoes." Once you find us you will have all the info you need for your stay. You will be able to sign up for pool time slots (one hour a day at each pool) under the "About" section of the app. Each family gets one hour a day at each pool (indoor pool, outdoor pool & AquaPlay.) These times slots secure your time. You are welcome to come to the pool gates during the day and if we haven't reached capacity from sign up you will be allowed in to swim. Thank you for your understanding as we work with NC orders for pool occupancy.

As things continue to develop with the Coronavirus, we want to take a few moments to let you know what we are doing to keep our guests and team safe and healthy. We have heightened our cleaning and disinfecting procedures to keep you safe. This includes, but is not limited to, cleaning and wiping down our bathhouses, the Creamery, office, and camp store several times a day.

We are monitoring this situation daily, as a team, to remain up to date and make the best decisions for you, our customer.
